Based on the Beta version of the app, I redesigned the main app, enrich the content, the user interaction and gamification, with a totally new UI & UX approach. I collaborated mainly with a Behavioral Researcher within the team, to build a targeted & updated app-mechanism, for the specific kind of users, the app targets. We aimed at behavior modification through an evidence based, breakthrough approach and make the user's interaction fun but also helping him to keep a daily task-based behavior.




Maintain weight loss and improve quality of life: MyHabeats is a behavioral vaccine app that immunes patients against threats to weight loss maintenance. It is a smartphone application that uses the power of self-monitoring, virtual interaction and gamification to help patients build healthy eating habits and make meaningful lifestyle changes.

Create your own Habeateer profile: Build your profile step-by-step, with a user-friendly question approach. Control every detail to gain the most out of using MyHabeats.

STAGE 1

We built it again. Based on your needs: After gaining valuable feedback from out beta-test users, we re-designed MyHabeats for you! Our official version follows a careful and modern design approach, uses gamification elements and makes user interaction with the app smoother. Lino and Lina are back in this new version to join and guide users through their journey with MyHabeats.

Structured way to record your meals: With the help of reminders, you record their meal in simple steps. Tap on a food category, choose from a list of food options or add your own. Review your meal and feel free to make changes

Measure your portion size without stress: We offer you a straightforward way to measure your portion. Take the time to observe how many tablespoons you ‘ve had and that’s it. You gradually learn how much food is enough to feel comfortable.

Rate how you feel after eating: Take a moment to check with your body how you feel after eating. A simple-to-use scale guides you through your hunger and satiation states. Train yourself to eat until you feel satisfied and avoid overeating.

Do what matters to you: An easy guide to set up goals and balance your actions. Commit yourself to more exercise, master the skill of self-control, improve your relationships with others and feel good with yourself.
